WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION
Ministry of Education Pre-Requisite for the Sixth form Application:
- Students must have minimum of five (5) CSEC Passes inclusive of Mathematics and English A.
- Students must have attained either a Grade I or II in the subject they wish to pursue at CAPE Level.
- Students with a Grade III may be considered.
- Students must be under the age of nineteen (19) on the 31st December, 2023 and must NOT have had more than six (6) years at Secondary School.

Steps To Completing Your Registration
Complete the Registration Form below by entering all the required information. Use the CSEC Student Number as it appears on the CSEC RESULTS slip.
ONCE THE STUDENT AND CSEC INFORMATION IS COMPLETED, SCAN AND UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE DOCUMENTS UPLOAD SECTION:
Student's Birth Certificate
Copy of Examination Slip
Transfer Form (Non- Tranquillity Students)
Referral Letter from previous school
A Passport Size Photo of the Student
Parents' (both)/Guardian's National ID (FRONT AND BACK)
Student Immunization Card
Note: Use the CSEC Student Number as it appears on the CSEC RESULTS slip.
FOR NATIONALS BORN OUTSIDE OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO ONLY:
Proof of Citizenship for Nationals born outside of Trinidad and Tobago
Valid Student Permit/Immigration Documentation for non-nationals.

Note: Subjects selected at the sixth form level are dependent on the completion of subjects at the fifth form level. The following table outlines the pre-requisites for various subjects offered at the sixth form level. Caribbean Studies is a compulsory subject done at the lower level and Communication Studies at the upper level.
