REMINDER: Orientation for all incoming Form 1 students will be held at the Tranquillity Methodist Church on Friday 1st September 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30am. Students are expected to be in the full and correct uniform. 

Due to spacing availability, we are kindly asking for ONE Parent/Guardian to accompany each student and the student may leave with said Parent/Guardian at the end of the Orientation.

School begins as normal on the 4th September from 7:50am to 2:20pm.

REGISTRATION TAKES PLACE IN TWO (2) PARTS:

A. PHYSICAL REGISTRATION - to submit copies all documents

B. COMPLETION OF THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM 

YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH A & B TO BE FULLY REGISTERED.

STEPS TO COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION:

1. Physical registration takes place on Tuesday 11th JULY 2023 from 8:00 a.m. UNTIL 12:00 noon.

All parents are required to attend this PHYSICAL REGISTRATION on the school’s compound:

2. On Registration Day, you are required to walk with the ORIGINAL and COPY of EACH of the following documents:

1. Student’s Birth Certificate

2. SEA Placement Slip

3. Student’s Immunization Card

4. Student’s Performance Report

5. 2 Passport Size Photos of the Student. 

6. Parents (both)/ Guardian’s National ID or DP. 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MISSING DOCUMENTS TO THE SCHOOL’S OFFICE: FRIDAY 14th JULY 2023. 

3. The REGISTRATION FORM is available to complete ONLINE (see form below) if you have your personal device or when you come to the School on Tuesday 11th July, 2023.

Deadline to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM: 

TUESDAY 11TH JULY 2023 AT 1:00 p.m. 

When entering the information, use the SEA Student Number as it appears on the SEA Placement slip. 

Note: 

• There will be computers available for use at the school on registration day to complete this form; however, we do encourage persons to complete this beforehand where possible.
